The San Carlos Branch Library will be CLOSED from March 9 through April 2. We are planning to REOPEN on Friday, April 3. On November 19, 2014, before the Annual Meeting of the General Membership of SCFOL, Rocky, Gene, and Michael Winer, sons of Jack & Carolyn Winer, unveiled new signage over the two entrances to the San Carlos Branch Library's community room, dedicating and renaming it the "WINER FAMILY Community Room & Art Gallery." Our 2013 Craft Fairs were such a success, that the San Carlos Friends of the Library planned another one, "JUST AROUND THE CORNER, CRAFT FAIR & BOUTIQUE," on Saturday, October 11, 2014, from 9:00-3:00 p.m. This one promises to be bigger and better than the last. Our next big SCFOL event was “Just Around the Corner, Craft Fair and Boutique," on Saturday, October 11, 204, from 9:00 to 3:00. Due to Library space restrictions, it was held “just around the corner” at the San Carlos United Methodist Church Fellowship Hall located at the corner of Navajo Rd. and Cowles Mountain Blvd. JAC fliers.
