PREZ SEZ: Joan Hayes, 2021 Year in Review

The Friends of the San Carlos Branch Library has been able to slowly resume moving forward during 2021 with the availability of the COVID  vaccines.  Our branch library was one of many that was able to open with both limited capacity and occupants wearing masks.
