Become a SCFOL Life Member before October 30 to have your name added to this year's Honor Wall plaque displayed in the Winer Family Community Room and Art Gallery. INDIVIDUAL LIFE Memberships are only $250.  Since SCFOL's founding in 1982, 140 individuals have become SCFOL Life-Members.  SCFOL annually donates funds (matched by the City of San Diego), to support the SDPL system. SD Libraries & Parks Improvement Act Initiative

Each San Diego neighborhood deserves a quality library & park. Libraries and parks are essential to safe, strong, and thriving communities.  For many neighborhoods, these assets have been long neglected with reports showing our parks need $200 million to meet basic safety standards and our libraries need $50 million in maintenance.
