Over the course of the summer, 1104 ballots were cast. The SCBL winner of the Battle of the Genres was … Adventure. It was a close top-two showdown between Adventure and Graphic Novels, but Adventure edged out Graphic Novels by a hair.

Registration for the 2022 Summer Reading Program ends August 31. You must have registered and completed your reading log/activity sheet in order to be eligible for prizes. Prizes will be given out until mid-September or as long as the supply lasts .

On Tuesday, July 19, 2022, seven groups representing the Navajo Area Community met at the San Carlos Branch Library. Representatives from each group presented a short talk explaining the history, goals and objectives of the group, and how locals can become more involved with them. In June, we said goodbye to two wonderful ladies, awesome library assistants and friends.....Sheila Rudolph after 35 years, and Bonnie Cameron after 37 years of dedicated service at the San Carlos Branch Library.
