Sign your child up for their first library card and take the first step in supporting their early literacy development and lifelong love of reading. The current updated outside and inside designs of the proposed new San Carlos Branch Library can be seen on the SCFOL website. The new new designs were first revealed to the public at the August 5, 2023, "We bought the Lot" celebration held in the corner lot of Jackson & Golfcrest.
