WHEN: During the week to sort donated books and/or on the first Saturday of every month, for 2-3 hours from 9:00 am, until all of the non-purchased items are boxed up and put away. Many hands will make the job go faster.

Albert Elguira, another favorite librarian, is retiring October 4, 2022. Albert, an expert chess player, has been encouraging San Carlos youngsters to learn and improve their chess skills at our Chess Club which meets 2nd & 4th Tuesdays from 5-7 pm. He oversaw the Club's championship competition in Summer of 2022.
