Join us on Friday, May 23, 2-3 pm in the Winer Family Community Room & Art gallery of the San Carlos Branch Library to hear author Stephen Hager, President of the Pacific Southwest Railway Museum Association (PSRMA). In the rail preservation world, you may only have one chance to save a historic locomotive from being scrapped and lost to history. The PSRMA knew that had to act quickly when the North County Transit District announced that it would be retiring their fleet of F4oPHM-2C locomotives.
