APRIL 19: Earth Friendly Gardens
Join us on Friday, April 19th from 2-3 pm at the SCBL to learn how to make your garden Earth-friendly. Niki Vollrath, representing the Master Gardener Association of San Diego County, will teach us about sustainable landscapes, Earth-friendly principles and practices, and how we can garden in ways that are not harmful to ourselves, native plants, 
animals, and the environment. Earth Day is just around the corner. It’s the perfect time to discover how a few changes made in your own garden using the Eight Principles of Landscape Sustainability can help us all.
