Blaine Davies, M.A., Professor of U.S. History, describes U.S. historical novels and explains how they help us better experience the dramatic events that shaped our nation firsthand. Professor Davies describes a wide range of U.S. historical novels dealing with almost every aspect of U.S. history and discusses how a well-written novel makes history come alive.
