Jill G. Hall is the author of the award-winning “Anne McFarland” series which have become bestselling book club favorites. On a Sundown Sea is a historical fiction novel about Madame Tingley and the origins of Lomaland. In 1888, medium and clairvoyant, Katherine Tingley, meets William Q.
