Join our “Exploring Career Paths” Session to learn about the City of San Diego’s hiring process. The City of San Diego Personnel Department staff will cover everything you need to know about the application process: tips for submitting a standout job application, available jobs (part-time and full-time), interview tips, resources for job seekers, and more.
We have multiple positions, including Engineers, Laborers, Lawyers, Fleet Technicians, Recreation Specialists, Clerical Assistants, Upper Management, Executives, and more. No experience? No problem! We have positions for everyone and offer training to help you embark on a stable career path.
