June 30 – September 1, we will feature artwork by Rossitza Todorova in the Winer Family Community Room & Art Gallery of the San Carlos Branch Library. Join us in welcoming Rossitza at her Artist Reception on Saturday 7/18, noon – 2:00 p.m. 

From the artist: “These paintings explore fleeting atmospheric phenomena across the Great Basin and beyond: rainbows, halos, moonrises, shifting clouds, and moments when the landscape feels suspended between observation and memory.”
