March 18: Celebrating Nowruz, the Persian New Year!
Wednesday March 18, 4:00-5:00 p.m., the San Carlos Branch Library is celebrating Nowruz, the Persian New Year! We are excited to bring this Persian traditional celebration to the community. We will be speaking about the significance of this holiday and the cultural traditions partaken in to celebrate the beginning of Spring. Come join us for some fun festivities, which will include live music by DORNOB and delicious Persian treats! All ages are welcome
