  Saturday, August 17, 1:00-3:00 pm, in the San Carlos Branch Library’s Winer family Community Room & Art Gallery, the San Diego Commission for Arts & Culture invites you to share your input and to learn about the proposed artwork created by the Artist team Re:site.
