Libraries are COOL !
When the weather gets too hot, remember that the San Carlos Branch Library is air conditioned and a designated COOL zone. It’s a great time to go browsing among the books and lower your body temperature for an hour or two. All San Diego Public libraries adhere to the current San Diego County & City masking guidelines which will be posted at the entrance of the San Carlos Branch Library.
