This rendition of the new San Carlos Branch library is currently appearing on the sign on the corner of Golfcrest and Jackson.  It was created by the Domusstudio Architects.  They are the design architects for the new library.  Their latest concept is similar to the one shown: a one story 25,000 sq. ft. building covering both the current and corner lots, with approximately seventy parking spaces split between the upper current lot and under the building on the corner lot.  The design allows for entrance and  egress onto Golfcrest.  The architects are working with library personnel and the SCFOL Building Committee to determine space allocation.
