Who are the San Carlos Friends of the Library? SCFOL is a volunteer organization open to everyone in any age-group. SCFOL is an Affiliate Chapter of the Friends of the San Diego Public Library, a 501 (c)(3) organization, currently numbering 250 members. Fifty volunteers actively support the monthly book sales and 10 serve as SCFOL Officers, Board Members or Committee Chairs.
