The current updated outside and inside designs of the proposed new San Carlos Branch Library can be seen on the SCFOL website. The new new designs were first revealed to the public at the August 5, 2023, "We bought the Lot" celebration held in the corner lot of Jackson & Golfcrest.

This rendition of the new San Carlos Branch library is currently appearing on the sign on the corner of Golfcrest and Jackson. It was created by the Domusstudio Architects. They are the design architects for the new library. Their latest concept is similar to the one shown: a one story 25,000 sq. ft. building covering both the current and corner lots, with approximately seventy parking spaces split between the upper current lot and under the building on the corner lot. ...
